| The Present Perfect
The Present Perfect is used when an action that started in the past has current relevance. Furthermore, it is used when an action happened at an unspecified time in the past. Indicators for the Present Perfect are for example phrases such as: up to now, so far, yet, for, since etc. The Present Perfect is formed by a form of have plus the past participle of the verb.
